When will I receive my order?

Once the pre-order window closes I will get everything that's been ordered printed and ready to ship. This process can take some time so make sure to input an address you know you'll have access to for a while and please let me know if you need the address changing. Once the orders have been shipped I will no longer be able to change the address. You will be informed when your order has been sent for shipping at the email address used to order.

Why only pre-order?

I have limited space and funds to buy and hold a tonne of stock that might not sell. Only creating/printing items that have been ordered at the end of the pre-order window means that there is no waste from making unnecessary stock.

How long will fulfilment of my order take?

It will take as long as it takes. Products take time and energy to create, some of them are a very labour intensive process and it can depend on many factors. There is a single human working to get everything together and each order will be curated and packaged with care and attention. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.

Where do I source my printed store items?

I have a few printers I use, all based in the UK, for different products I offer.
Art Coaster Printing: Coasters, zip pouches, metal tins, tote bags
Artist Gift Printing: Mugs
Art Mayka: For digitising original artworks as well as printing greeting cards and art prints
Redcliffe Imaging: Postcards and bookmarks
Spammalammy: The linocut prints are made by hand by Spam in their home studio.
Effort has been made to ensure product materials are environmentally friendly and sourced ethically. All packaging of products is either reused or biodegradable and/or recyclable. This is an ongoing effort that I am conscious of and the goal is to become a carbon-neutral company as soon as that's feasible.

What is 'tip the artist'?

An extra way to support me - I try to keep costs low to make my products accessible to a wide range of people.
If you like what I do and wish to support a tiny independent business you can add a tip to your order. This is entirely voluntary and there is no pressure to tip, by ordering from my store you're already supporting me - thank you!

Refunds and/or exchanges

Care is taken to ensure the items sent to you are of the highest quality however humans can make mistakes and/or an item you ordered may have been damaged in transit. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to me and I will do my best to fix it.
Due to the nature of my shop items being made to order I do not do refunds or exchanges if you wish to change your order after it has shipped. If it has not been shipped and you need to change something reach out to me and I will do my best to help but cannot offer any guarantees.

I'm a business and wish to order large quantities of items to stock/gift to employees! How is best to do this?
